Response to proposal to split article
[edit]No, don't split the article. The tedium of creating a new article just for State Route 110 really isn't worth it, especially on the off chance that the part of State Route 110 that isn't Arroyo Seco Parkway (i.e. from I-10 to US 101) is upgraded to Interstate standards in the distant future. Besides, there is already a page for the Arroyo Seco Parkway, which you can access here.
